Once upon a time there were two best friends.Their names are Liana and Alexa. They were flower sellers and lived in a cottage. One day Liana found two shiny hearts.
Alexa said ” Why don’t we make them into necklaces”. They closed their eyes held the stones and said together “Best friends today, tomorrow and always”.
Then a little light shone from their hands but they didn’t see it. They started to go in the cottage when a terrible storm ripped through the sky and ruined their garden.
When they got in, Liana made the stones into necklaces and gave one to Alexa.
Alexa said “It’s beautiful! it almost looks ..”
Liana said “Magical”.
“Precisely” said Alexa.
Then a sound of thunder rumbled and they both screamed and laughed again. The next day they went outside and saw that their garden was ruined.
Alexa said “No, the money will never last till next growing season”.
They went inside and Liana said “Now what would you like for lunch? Looks like we have bread and jam or jam and bread”.
Alexa said “You know what I would wish if these stones were really magic? More food than we could possibly eat, more clothes than we can ever wear and more houses than we could ever explore. We wouldn’t have to worry about another thing ever again.”
“Except how insufferable we’ll be” said Liana.
They both stayed inside and Liana walked outside, with her sandwich. She was about to eat her sandwich when she saw a poor old woman.
She greeted the woman and said “Excuse me, ma’m may I share this with you?”
The woman said “But it’s your lunch”.
“I’m not very hungry . Go ahead” said Liana.
“Thank you. Please take one of my treasures” said the old woman
“Uh no thank you”.
Alexa said to Liana” You don’t want to hurt her feelings”.
Liana took the filthy old mirror.
The woman said “Here you go a nice present for a nice girl”.
“Thank you” said Liana.
They both went back home. Liana wiped the mirror. The mirror was full of gold and gems.
Alexa said “Now that’s magical”.”
Isn’t it”said Liana.”We should give it back to the old woman. She didn’t know what she had”.
Alexa said “Unlike us. We have bread and jam”.
Liana said “Or jam and bread and a ruined garden”.
Liana put the mirror in a basket.They went outside to their garden and started singing while finding some flowers.They heard a third voice from the mirror. They sang again and took the mirror out of the basket and saw a girl in the mirror.
Liana and Alexa said “Are you real? How did you get in the mirror?”
The girl said “I’m nobody. Nobody at all. Just pretend you never saw me”.
Then she disappeared.
They started to sing another song then she showed up again.
They said “Please don’t go.
The girl said “I won’t. This is too much fun.”
They asked her for her name.
She said “It’s Melody”.
Liana said “Hi Melody, I’m Liana”.
Alexa said” Hi Melody ,I’m Alexa”.T
hey both said “You must have a favourite song. Will you teach it to us?”
Melody said “I shouldn’t.”
Liana said “We’re fast learners. Please! We’d love to sing with you.” said Alexa.
Then Melody said “OK it goes like this”.
After they heard the song they sang with her.
While they were singing a flying serpent called Slyder was heading towards them and saw Melody in the mirror.
Melody saw him and said “Hide quickly! He’s seen me in the mirror”.
Liana said” Who Melody? “
Melody said” Slyder”.
They started running to the cottage and closed the door and went down to the basement and put another mirror near the doorway out of the basement and ran.
Slyder entered the cottage and said “Come out come out where ever you are”.
While he was walking he knocked a wooden chair into a fire place. Then he went down to the basement and saw a mirror and saw the girls running.
He was so dumb. He thought the ordinary mirror was melody.
He said “Some friends you have to leave you behind like that.” Then he flew back to his mistress who was called Lydia.
Lydia was evil and wanted melody. Lydia knew that Melody had a key to a Diamond castle.
There are two hands on a clock. One is a minute hand and the other is an hour hand. The minute hand is longer than the hour hand. It’s faster to count by fives than by ones.
This is how you write it in an analog way 9′o clock. This is how you write it in a digital way 9:00. If you count by fives it would be like this 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60. The number 12 means o’clock. The number 3 means quarter past. The number six means half past. The number 9 means quarter to.

On Tuesday 27.5.08 3GK went for a walk to take a photo for the post cards we are making of the local area using microsoft publisher.
First we went near the mosque to look at it and take a photo. We didn’t want to go too close so we wouldn’t disturb the people outside. Next we went to P park to take a photo. Taz , Anthony, Wally and Owen did that.
